This is the sixty-seventh edition of the Musclehead Graphics News and Announcements Page, the place to find out about what's up with our male fitness models, female fitness models, fashion models and bodybuilders. We update it monthly and somtimes in between, so stop by now and then to see what's new. Comments are always welcome, so hit, "Contact Us," on the main page and let us know what you think.

Brent Bly: This talented musician and model is someone we've wanted to shoot for quite a long time. Finally, late last year, we managed to get together with him and the results are amazing. He has an intensity that comes through the lens in a unique way. Part of this is due to the fact that he is a performer at heart, being primarily motivated by his music. He's been writing and recording for many years and you can access his CDs through his website , BrentBly.com. They are terrific. In addition to the music, though, he is an incredible model and, in fact, was a Playgirl Discovery in 2008. We'll be working with him again later this year, so stay tuned. For now, though, I think you'll agree that this guy is astounding, so enjoy his interview and images.

Bodybuilding Competitions

Quite a few MHG models are competitive bodybuilders and figure girls and many were in shows in 2009. Here's an overview of the past year.

Kentucky State

The Kentucky State show happened on August 1 in Stanford. MHG models who participated included Jeff Dunn and Dwayne Peterson with Jeff winning his class as usual. Josh Bowmar, who will be featured here soon, also competed, winning the Teens. Next year, this show moves to the Frankfort Convention Center.

Tricky Jackson's Bluegrass Muscle Classic

Tricky had the biggest BGMC ever in October with over 90 competitors. Ann Stroth shot the event for MHG and pics were posted at RXMuscle. Here's a link BGMC at RXMuscle. MHG model Thomas Bull was in the show, taking fifth in a tough Welterweight Class.

Brent Jones' Kentucky Muscle

This show just keeps getting better. We shot backstage again this year and teamed up with Marilyn and Libby with Liquid Sunrayz and Rick Stein Model Management to get it done. Shots from this show also are at RXMuscle and here's a link Kentucky Muscle at RXMuscle. MHG MOdels Josh King and Josh Miller both did the with Josh Miller taking fourth in the Middleweight Open Class and Josh King winning the class -- great job Josh. Josh Bowmar, who will post at MHG shortly, took second in the Teen Class. Jennifer Wilson competed in Women's Bodybuilding, winning the Lightweight Class. MHG Models Steve Weingarten, Hebo and Lee Anne Graham all were NPC judges.

We'll be checking with the MHG models to see who plans to do what in 2010 and will keep you posted.

Dan Hollar: This model is signed with Rick Stein Model Management and will post at MHG shortly.

Billy Bell: This is an amazing new model who will post shortly. We worked with him last year and got incredible stuff.

Josh Bowmar: This amazing bodybuilder and emerging fitness model has already shot in NYC and is signed with Rick Stein Model Management. Look for his images here in a couple of months.
